Application assessment
What happens after I submit my application?
Receipt of all applications will be acknowledged and the Fund Manager will assess them in the first instance. Additional assessment may be by other Fund staff such as a member of the Assessment group or external advice may be sought as necessary.
Projects will be assessed against the following criteria:
Projects will be submitted to the Board for consideration at the appropriate quarterly meeting. The decision of the Board will be final.

The next deadline for the receipt of all applications is
Friday 6th September 2013
The next deadline for submission of Expression of Interest forms for applications to the the Main Grant Fund is Friday 12th July 2013.
| eligibility | the project must meet at least one of the landfill tax objects and the criteria of the Fund |
| environment | the importance of the project in improving the environment of Lancashire |
| financial viability | the project budget must be realistic and offer value for money |
| technical viability | the project must meet all relevant professional standards |
| organisational strengths | the organisation must be able to demonstrate its ability to complete the project |
| sustainability | how the project will be managed in the future |
