Publicity

Getting recognition for your project throughout its duration is both useful in terms of acknowledging your achievement and increasing public awareness, it also expresses appreciation for the work of the Fund and its contributors and may be helpful in acquiring future funding.

There are many ways to achieve recognition for your project - by producing publicity materials such as a leaflet or newsletter, writing a news release for the media (newspapers, radio, television), building a web site or having an event(s).

Use of the Fund's logo on publicity matters is one way of acknowledging the Fund's important part in your project. For guidance on the use of our logo and to download the logo click here.

Here are some downloadable notes which may be of help when writing a news release and/or planning an event. If you require further help with publicity matters please contact Anne Kingston, Publicity Officer on 01772 317248 or email annekingston@lancsenvfund.org.uk
