Outcome

Projects will be submitted to the Board for consideration at the appropriate quarterly meeting. The decision of the Board will be final.

What happens if my application is successful?

All applicants will be notified of the outcome and successful applicants will be sent a formal grant offer letter outlining the terms and conditions of the grant awarded. Detailed records of transactions relating to the grant will be required to be kept. Acceptance of the grant will be a legally binding agreement.

Successful applicants will be expected to share the knowledge and experience gained from projects supported by the Fund.

The progress of projects will be monitored and the Board reserve the right to recover grants if the project is not undertaken as per the terms and conditions of the grant agreement.

The payment of grant instalments will depend on the level of grant award and the nature and duration of the project and will be determined in the formal grant offer letter.

Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about the assessment process or any other matter relating to Lancashire Environmental Fund that you would like formally resolved, please submit this in writing to the Company Secretary, PO BOX 78 County Hall, Preston, PR1 8XJ. You will receive a formal acknowledgement within seven days of receipt. The Fund will investigate the complaint and you will be informed of the findings and the action taken.
